Founded as the private collection of Sir William MacAlpine, the Fawley Hill Railway is not open to the public, with admission being by invitation only.

From the M40, leave at junction 4, taking the A404 towards Marlow. At the first island, take the 3rd exit, following the A4155 Little Marlow Road. From here, continue along for approx 10 miles, passing over 3 islands. Turn right into Icehouse Lane, signposted towards Fawley. At the end of this road, turn right at the T-junction, and then first right into Dobson's Lane. Proceed for about 0.5 miles, and the entrance to the museum, is on your left.

Note: If wishing to visit the museum, getting in touch on the above address would be the best option, as there don't seem to be any public vantage points.

As the museum is on private grounds, please respect the owners privacy if visiting on spec.

Current Allocation:

03120 - BR green ( carries its pre-tops number D2120 )
